Fitness Goals Bingo!

The Prevailing Woman is committed to helping you grow and we believe that great physical health is most important in order to tackle all aspects of your life. We will kick off our SECOND round beginning June 15, 2020 of the Fitness Goals Bingo challenge via Instagram! To enter and participate is so easy and hopefully will be fun! Please see the details below!

Step 1:

Submit your $10 donation at the link below. In the notes section please list your IG Handle. Please note, proceeds will support families and healthcare heroes affected by Covid-19.

Step 2:

Save the Bingo template below. The competition will begin June 15, 2020. This template is formatted for IG Stories only. Please note a few very important announcements:

  • Only one exercise can be completed each day for the first 5 days.
  • The days to follow, participants will be able to complete 2 exercises per day.
  • Images or videos showing your physical activity are required.
  • Be sure to tag us each day you complete an exercise and mark off your bingo score sheet.
  • If your page is private, we may not be able to view your mentions. Please let our team know, so we can follow you back by sending us a DM.
  • HAVE FUN AND TELL YOUR FRIENDS!

Sabrina Seymore

Sabrina Seymore is the Founding Editor-In-Chief of The Prevailing Woman. She is an entrepreneur, motivational speaker, and travel specialist. Her roots as a businesswoman were planted in 2011, when she founded Sabrina Seymore Events (SSE). The company provides full-service wedding and special event planning, from preparation and execution, along with design services. Her clientele ranges from individuals to nonprofit organizations and corporations to national brands, including celebrities. Over the years, Seymore has served as a keynote speaker, session leader, or panelist for various conferences and workshops. Topics include: fundamentals and best practices of business ownership; planning destination travel; self-help; and women-centered discussions (women in business, working moms, women of faith). As a travel specialist, Sabrina oversees all aspects of a client’s travel experience- whether for a celebratory occasion, group gathering, or wedding. Her expertise is derived from destination wedding and event planning, multiple personal and professional travels, as well as being member of the International Association of Travelers Network.
